It’s a good place to stay if you want something centric

This is a beautiful apartment in a great, safe location with an absolutely gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay from the 27th floor. This Air BnB is at the AKA Hotel, Brickell.. we found this a bit confusing as we followed the GPS directions and ended at the hotel’s lobby/ entrance driveway. Be aware that two different sets of elevators need to be taken to get to the room (one goes from G by the front desk in hotel lobby to floor 25 direct, another takes you from floor 25 to 27). Also be aware that the location to enter the covered garage parking (which is on a separate building connected to the hotel’s lobby through a covered driveway) is directly east from the hotel’s covered driveway on SE 14th St. It’s a long way to carry bags from parking garage; recommend you drop your bags under covered driveway first. Finally, the hotel’s bell staff can help carry your bags, but they’ll charge you $20 (since you are not staying with hotel).

The location is exceptional. The building has delicious coffee and restaurant.
We had a problem with the water that could never be completely fixed, but the host always had very good communication with us and as a water bonus, they gave us the late check-out.
I think for the price you can find something better in the area but it's still a good hosting option.
