Being an inaugural guest is a big responsibility. While my stay wasn't perfect I want to emphasis that the host, Dana went ABOVE AND BEYOND to quickly and warmly correct some of the issues that arrived during my 8 week stay. I will not hesitate to book a property operated by Dana in the future.

The flat was well appointed and quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the Old Louisville location. There were a few issues that cropped up - mostly due to my being the first guest in this space. But you know, a fridge stocked with sparkling water (be still my beating heart), a gift card to a nearby coffeeshop awaiting me upon arrival, and a host who cares and quickly works to resolve the issues goes a long way!

Issues: lack of storage (for a long term stay) in kitchen. Noisy upstairs neighbor. Spotty wifi.

This apartment is fantastic! So cozy and beautifully decorated in some classic MCM looks. All the amenities you might need for a few days or in my case a few weeks! Building is quiet and far enough back from the road that traffic or street noise was not a problem. The only somewhat loud thing was the furnace but after a quick visit by the host's maintenance crew and a bit of elbow grease it was purring smoothly. Super convenient off street parking helped tremendously during the cold winter weather. Communication from the hosts was always prompt super friendly and easy. Proximity to places for dinner, drinks and grocery store runs made things very easy-to-use. You musttttt go to North Lime around the corner just a few blocks to get doughnuts, best I've had in a long time. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly highly recommend it! You will not be disappointed!
