Amazing place with spectacular environment. The beach at the back feels like a private beach. Amazing white sand and beautiful view.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating!

Zimzala 1 is a beautiful villa with a beautiful view of the ocean and rice fields. For the staff:
- local manager: top for scooter rentals, car rentals, excursions or other
- the caretakers: too many people in front of the caretaker's house, not reassuring
- the housekeeper: perfect: discreet, considerate and helpful
On the other hand, what a surprise, when we were dropped off around midnight in front of a place we had not booked. Located 18 km from the one reserved, they dare to say that we are wrong and try to say that we are overclassed, despite the fact that the one reserved had 3 bedrooms instead of the 2 of Zimzala 1.
Zimzala 1 is wedged between Zimzala 2 and another villa under construction (all built on the property line). It was impossible for us to use the pool during the day because of the workers who were building the first floor with a bird's-eye view of the pool because they were staring at us. Very septic on the construction

The villa is beautiful and located in a peaceful area, surrounded by palm trees. It has direct access to an idyllic beach with a great surfing spot 7 min away on foot. There are also a couple of nice restaurants close by.

We were 3 families with kids and we all had a great time.

However, we were disappointed at how the property is being maintained. The fridge did not work when we arrived and we had to throw away food because of this. The pool had stagnant water, full of algae, aquatic insects and larvae - we couldn’t swim for some days and our swimming suits came out green when we did. There were 4 stray cats in the garden constantly asking for food and coming in at night through the kitchen window to eat from the garbage.

Melisa did not offer any compensation so we had to contact Airbnb directly.
