What can I say about this pace besides perfection! I travel a bit and love to discover wonderful Air B n Bs such as this place! It lived up to the hype for sure. Perfect location, walking distance from everything downtown. The hot tub was set at a perfect temperature 🤗. We used it every single day. Ben is responsive and communicative with guests. The instructions were clear and precise. The TVs are perfectly set up for your streaming devices. There’s even the cutest ice maker for you. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extras to make you feel like you’re at home . No need to look anywhere else, this is THE place to stay.

The location can not be beat! SO close to downtown, yet SO private and quiet at the home. We parked in the private driveway when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere, the entire stay, except for when we drove just 25 min up the road to an amazing fall foliage hike among the aspens! Beds were super comfy, beautiful view of the full moon from the hot tub, and my daughter was absolutely delighted by a front porch visit from neighbor Newton. 😻 Very comfortable and functional visit for me and my two older kids!

FABULOUS STAY!!! Everything about our stay was perfect! The beds and towels were wonderful. The location is near great restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere and didn't need a car. The deck and hot tub were so nice and we enjoyed out time outside. Ben was such a great host - little touches from the fresh ground coffee to the hot chocolate added so much!!! I would book again and again!!!

Great spot right in the heart of Flag! Great stay for our family of 6, plenty of room and hot tub was great! Hospitality touches in every aspect of property!! Will always stay here in trips to Flag!
