Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Hickory Grove Farm Cottage is a small cottage surrounded mostly by National forest. We are located in Nail, AR just minutes from many popular hiking trails and the Buffalo river. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy God’s beautiful creations. Things to do: Richland creek park, Falling Water, Pedestal Rock, Glory hole falls, Hawksbill Craig, Buffalo River, Alum Cove, Sams Throne, Lost Valley, Arkansas Grand Canyon. Hogeye Hideaway

Hogeye Hideaway is located in a private setting with a beautiful view of the Ozarks Mountains. However, only a short drive to Devils Den State Park & University of Arkansas/Dickson Street. This is a great place for a couples retreat or for groups looking to attend local events in Northwest Arkansas. Enjoy the indoor fireplace on cold days or the outdoor fire pit with S’mores! There is also room for camping tents for additional guests or for the kids & dog to run!

If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!
