You can enjoy a free BBQ set and a campfire in the garden, or fully enjoy nature while rocking in a hammock on the 20-tatami mat wood deck. The spacious living room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling. You can relax while playing your favorite music. Access to the World Heritage Site, Kumano Kodo, and the Choshi River, known as the Miracle River, is also good, making it the perfect base for sightseeing on the Kii Peninsula. In a quiet environment surrounded by nature, you can enjoy time as if you were staying in your own private villa. Guesthouse Agae is a limited stay for one group that has been renovated from an old private house.Located in a very convenient location, about 550 meters (about a 7-minute walk) from the Kumano Kodo and Kinro-Oji, and within a 1-minute walk of a supermarket (A-COOP), a bus stop (Kodo Aruki no Sato Chikatsuyu), and a restaurant (Tororoya). The owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, so we will do our best to accommodate questions, advice, and pick-up and drop-off when you need it.We can also provide a personal guide, so please feel free to consult us. And we are a small farmer who grows rice and multi-product vegetables, herbs, and flowers. We provide the rice and vegetables we have grown during your stay, as well as fresh eggs grown in Kumano. The kitchen of the house is also equipped with condiments and cooking utensils. We hope you will enjoy cooking with us. It is also the only place in Japan with a rafting course nearby.Please enjoy the unspoiled Japanese landscapes. My guidebook contains information about the surrounding area.
