Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standard. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short distance to the city center. There is also a short distance to the bus, train and grocery store. The countryside and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity for those interested in the outdoors. Since it's my home I'm renting out, there will be a few items I can't remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive. Rented to non-smokers.

Charming farmhouse from 1860

Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Hygge-Li

A small gem with superb views. Great starting point for hiking, skiing, hunting and fishing. One hour drive from Oslo and only a short trip from Drammen. Here you have nature just outside the door, on all sides. If it is too much of the good, it is less than 20 minutes down to the Kebab in Hokksund. 100% renewable power from own solar power plant. The entire cottage has been newly renovated in 2018. It can be a little difficult to find the cabin in the dark. There is no heat, so it must be fired! 10 min times in the winter.

Bright and pleasant apartment. Centrally located.

The apartment is bright and newly refurbished. Open kitchen/living room solution with parquet and wood-burning stove. Tiles with heating cables in the hallway and in the bathroom. Heat pump. Both bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes and desks. Quiet and sunny location, veranda with exit to the common garden. 5 minutes walk to the city center and to the railway station. Access by car from Klemsgate. Side road leads to the back of the house, with parking and garages. Private carport with an extra parking space is included.

Modern rural semi-detached house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Modern semi-detached house built in 2018 with high standard, nice sheltered garden, several terraces and sunny location. There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

Direct access to the river (a salmon fisherman’s dream)

Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde og bred utsikt til elva fra stue/uteområdet. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

Hytta vår ved Eikern tilbyr en uforglemmelig opplevelse med spektakulær utsikt og usjenert beliggenhet. Hytta består av et sjarmerende rom med spisebord, kjøkken og soveplass til 2 gjester. Blant de unike fasilitetene finner du bryggeområdet, utedo, utendørs veranda, og spisegruppe. Hytta har en unik utsikt over innsjøen, noe som skaper en helt spesiell atmosfære. Det går en koselig trapp ned til bryggen som ligger rett ved vannet. Her kan man virkelig slappe av og finne roen i hverdagen.

Perfekt for deg som vil reise med familien på tur, en vennegjeng, kjæresten eller bare alene. Idyllisk liten hytte beliggende kun 2 meter fra vannkanten. Her er det både fiske- og bademuligheter. Robåt på stedet. Hytten har enkel standard med utedo, 12V solcelleanlegg. Drikkevann kan fås tak i på parkeringsplassen. Propan og ved er inkludert i prisen. Grusvei benyttes for å komme til parkeringsplass. Her er det 70kr i bompenger Det er ca. 150 meter å gå fra parkeringen til hytten.

Leiligheten er nær offentlig transport, ligger midt i sentrum i Gamlebyen og har nærhet til Krona, skisenter og turområder. I tillegg nær kulturtilbud og ti min gåtur til Kongsberg Næringspark. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Stedet passer for ett par , de som reiser alene, bedriftsreisende,, kursopphold og lignende . Ikke egnet for små barn

Huset er over 2 plan; 1.etasje inneholder inngang, stue, 2 bad og kjøkken. 2.etasje inneholder 2 soverom. Huset er tilknyttet Sector alarm. Har både innbrudds og brannvarslingssystem. Det er internett, TV, varmepumpe, vedfyring, kaffe maskin, mikrobølgeovn, oppvaskmaskin.
