Very quiet and central apartment. You can walk through Oviedo from the apartment. It's also a 5-minute walk from train and bus station. It is ideal both for short or long stays; it has everything you need to enter to “live”. You have supermarket, coffee shops, terraces, shops, medical center 1 minute away medical center 1 minute away… All amenities around. If you come driving, you won't be a problem. The apartment is surrounded by parking. You can feel like you're home!!

This apartment is ideal for a couple wanting to come to Gijón.It has a double bedroom and a living room with integrated kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room,so someone else can stay as well. It is located in the district of Cimadevilla, fishermen's district where Gijón was born and one minute from the Plaza Mayor and the beach. A cobbled, charming place,full of old houses and terraces ,declared cultural heritage of the city. NO ELEVATOR_THIRD FLOOR

Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

The apartment is located in the old town, on the same street as the Cathedral and Museum of Fine Arts. You can find restaurants of all kinds, from the most exclusive to our typical cider restaurants/taverns (sidrerías). It is fully equipped with what you may need: bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, personal hygiene products, iron, hair dryer, all electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer) and what is necessary for your pet. Cozy apartment in the center of Oviedo, completely renovated in 2024. The interior is totally new and consists of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It has a sofa bed for a child under 12. It is equipped with household items, microwave, TV, Wifi,etc. The location is perfect, it is behind the Teatro Campoamor, one street from the shopping area, 5 minutes from the old town, the cider boulebard and the train and bus stations.

Located in a more privileged area of the city "El Barrio de Cimavilla" this cozy and quiet apartment is the best option to enjoy Gijón. Just 100 meters from San Lorenzo beach, San Pedro Church, the town hall, and downtown Accommodation only available for couples and married couples with children. Groups of boys/girls are excluded from the rental. A community of neighbors and a very quiet area so that rest is one of its most valued secrets.

It has a living room with an integrated kitchen, with all the comforts of home The bedroom has a large bed. The apartment has high-speed WiFi. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, €10 will be charged, and €15.00 after midnight upon arrival. Consider combining with one of my apartments in Oviedo.
