Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Our rustic cabin is the perfect retreat to get away to relax, visit family, attend a wedding or to have a place close to lake Tyler marina for fishing. There’s space available for your boat and stalls for your horses, all gated and secure. About 1 mile from Lake Tyler Marina, 7 miles to Tyler, 14 miles to The Orchard wedding venue in Troup and within a few minutes from several restaurants. Pet welcome.
