Sweet Cozy Space for Two

Sweet cozy space tucked under end of private home. Off street parking with private level entry and back door exit onto a covered patio with "Views from the Valley" ; where you may enjoy your morning coffee, grill your evening meal, and anything in between. The kitchen is well equipped, the Living room has a screen with Roku, and internet is available. The bedroom is quite adequate with a good mattress and storage, and the newly remodeled bathroom has a combo washer/dryer for small loads.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream.
