We would love to have you come stay at our little barndo in town. Lower level fully furnished w/ full kitchen & washer and dryer! Queen bed and new sofa-sleeper size Queen. The lower level walk-out bunkhouse is a full apartment . We have a two teared deck available for you and grill. Our outside furniture will look different than the photos taken. Very safe “local” neighborhood great for jogging or biking! We own all the land in the pasture so feel free to go adventuring! Above is another unit.

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

There are kayaks, a paddleboard and lots of floaties available for use. The kids will love the large beach area and catching sunnies, crappies and bass right off the dock. A Bennington pontoon is also available to rent.
