First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Whether you're visiting family, your college student, local sporting events, or relaxing with family and friends, Maison de Joie offers a comfortable and convenient oasis. This home is located just a few blocks from charming downtown Ottawa, and a mile and half from Ottawa University. GEHA field in KC is 54 minutes.

The Hickory House

Quaint vintage, eclectic bungalow on brick street with private parking. Wifi, comfortable common spaces, a stocked kitchen, quality beds & linens. Home is situated only blocks from Ottawa University and downtown. University parents can easily walk to campus, downtown restaurants and shopping, and City Park. This was once my grandmothers home. The vintage décor leans towards " eclectic". The house has refinished floors, all new paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. No pets allowed.

Peacock Place

Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.

Eleanor's Farmhouse

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Kramers Cottage House

Wonderfully remodeled cottage in Old West Historic Lawrence. This home is within walking distance to downtown, parks, the library, Lawrence Memorial Hospital, The University of Kansas and the David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. This location offers a mix of community charm, cultural richness, and access to various amenities and events.
