Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. Õues on võimalik grillida, mängida võrkpalli, ujuda tiigis, nautida välisauna. Esimesel korrusel on puhkeruum kaminaga, TV, elektrikerisega saun, dušš, kööginurk, WC. II korrusel 3 kahest ja üks kolmene tuba diivaniga, mida saab lisavoodina kasutada, WC.

Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja koristustasuta. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.
