My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

It is a beautiful 50 sq.m studio apartment right at the city center. The apartment is located in the old Soviet building of 1971 overlooking the city, mountains, TV tower and Kok tobe and Hotel Kazakhstan, which is amazing at nights and before sunset.
