With a cypress bath, a spacious living room, and a workspace (equipped with a projector and whiteboard), you can enjoy a luxurious stay and team building experience. It features a Japanese garden, and in the spring, beautiful flowers bloom in the garden, creating a world of a hundred flowers in full bloom, typical of Hokkaido. Next to the garden, there is a field where vegetables are grown and a BBQ area with toilets and street lights. You can also do simple golf practice such as chipping and putting. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, but there is a 7-Eleven right nearby, and it is an 8-minute walk from Tobetsu Station, making it a convenient location for dining out and shopping. There is parking for 5 or more cars, and there is plenty of space for guests using rental cars. With Shuyukan as your base, you can enjoy day trips to the Roiz Confectionery factory in town, roadside stations, and places outside the town such as Sapporo, Otaru, and Biei. You can book an original dinner with plenty of local ingredients (soy milk, pork, eggs, vegetables, etc.) by a partner local chef, or a room tour that traces the history of the founding family.

The guest house is 765 meters from Hiragishi Station, a 9-minute walk. (About 25 minutes in total) It is about a 15-minute drive from Sapporo Station to the guest house. It is slippery in winter, so we recommend taking a taxi from JR Sapporo Station. In a four-story apartment building, there are a total of four facilities, two on the first floor and two on the second floor, and they are all the same size. The two units on the first floor (A102 + A103) or the two units on the second floor (A201 + A205) can be used on one floor by applying for them at the same time. Room cleaning and linen facilities are at the same level as a general business hotel. The entire indoor area is completely non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the second floor. Parking is free for up to 2 vehicles, but it requires pre-booking. Free WiFi is installed without any restrictions. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
