Accommodation for 4 people. Only 5 minutes to the beach and swimming area, and the start of the Mjøs promenade that takes you all the way to the city center. 5 minutes by car to Gjøvik city center/bus which is a few minutes walk. Nice hiking opportunities in all directions, small playground in the area, free parking. Can be rented with towels and bed linen.

Captain's residence at Mjøsa (Totenvika)

Modern holiday home in maritime style. The captain of Skibladner lived here for many years, and the house is full of shipping history. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds, a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a cozy wood-burning stove. The house also has a heat pump to keep a comfortable temperature all year round. If you want breakfast, we will buy it and put it in the fridge (NOK 850 fixed price for the whole house - paid separately).

The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The old summer barn at Hovelsrud Farm is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling cornfield – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquillity of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open-plan living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach where you can swim, and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.

The cottage is in a location with beautiful panoramic views of Lake Mjøsa. It is a quiet, peaceful area where you can unwind wonderfully. The cottage is equipped with all the comforts of a vacation home. The cottage is in my garden, but it is completely private with its own parking space and a terrace overlooking the countryside and Lake Mjøsa. There is a small beach that you can reach via a small bridge. There is also a sauna that you can use, overlooking the meadows

The boys' room at Båkinn farm

We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The home is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The pilgrim's path goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.
