The apartment is near Stodolní street and only a few stops from the biggest shopping center Forum Nová Karolína. Byt je situován nedaleko sjezdu z dálnice D1, nádraží Ostrava – Svinov, tramvajová zastávka je od bytu cca 50m, v blízkosti jsou také autobusové zastávky. Byt se nachází v prvním zvýšeném podlaží.
