In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Seaside home on Gräsö

Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

The house has four bedrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, state of the art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with a view. For guests there is free wood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away, sandy beach and fishing waters await. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the sea bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. A breakfast to go adds a little extra gold to the morning. Welcome!

Are you looking for peace and quiet, or do you want an active vacation? Here, you can have both. This cozy cottage is located on northern Gräsö, in a fantastic setting. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs, 1 km to the fishing port with swimming jetty and nice nature trails for hiking or running around the area. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers fantastic cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also good for fishing. Bed linens and towels/bath towels are included.

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.
