Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

Trampoline is available in the garden. Öregrund is an old idyllic fishing village, one of the few places on the east coast of Sweden where you can watch the sun set in the sea.

To the grocery store only 10 minutes, and 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the sea bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Anderssons Bojabäs, there is also a pharmacy, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Herrgård with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Manor. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!

There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
