Great newly built architect cabin. 3 acres of undisturbed plot down to the sea, its own pier and diving board. The cabin is built with the best materials choices. A total of 5 bedrooms (3 extra mattresses possible on sleeping on the 2nd floor) 2 bathrooms, large and airy dining room and living room with fireplace and magical view to Kvåsefjorden. Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way forward and possibility to charge an electric car. Jacuzzi that holds 40 degrees year round. Boat from Easter , 2 Kayak and a supboard. Cozy cottage with lovely views, close to downtown KRS

Close to water, quiet area with forest around. Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cottage (open until 23:00 man-saturday).

Apartment on 1st floor in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 beds and one sprinkler bed on the other. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden hook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. An exotic place for nature experiences close to Kristiansand. Offgrid cabin. Trout fishing. Fishing equipment and boat for free available. More kayaks for rent. Trails for trail cycling. Close to the barbecue and heating free of charge. Bever cottage just nearby. Private island in the lake where land pigs free range. Possibility of salmon fishing in Otra from June 1 to August 31. Hammock accommodation in Urskog. Access to easy charging and freezer. Can drive all the way into the place.
