Urutau Ranch - House of the River

The house is built with wood from the site in an old rural style and with ecological sewage. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, sink, air), tables and an integrated living room. It has an access ramp and indoor space adapted for the elderly and/or people with limited mobility. Each guest is responsible for bringing their personal belongings (bed and bath linens). For communication, the ranch has fiber optic internet. Router in the house with good signal quality.

The house was built in 2001 after a period in Italy... its work is intact to this day, full of details with a beautiful and lovely room, impeccable, with air conditioning.
