Access to sunny terraces through large sliding doors from both living room and kitchen. Spacious garden for play and fun. The property also has both a jacuzzi and a fireplace. Below the house there are possibilities for swimming. There are also two SUPs available as well as two kayaks for those who are fond of the water. Centrally located close to communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

One of four small houses at the top of Mills' block (as in the picture) on Grynerløkka. The apartment is sectioned in 2 parts. The part that is rented here consists of a hallway in the floor 7 and the living room/kitchen with a separate bedroom and toilet on the floor 8. Approximately 40 sqm. The outdoor area is private and approximately 60 sqm in total. Floor 9 there is a 360 degree view of the city, with a hot tub of 37.7 degrees that can be rented extra. About 15 minutes to walk to town and own parking in heated garage basement.
