Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Cozy cottage in Värnäs right next to Klarälven

The cottage is beautifully located next to the Klarälven river. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.

Whatever the season, a memorable stay in the heart of authentic Swedish nature awaits! Fishing, scootering, cycling, hiking, ice skating, skiing in Branäs, Trysil and Långberget. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see the moose—they often pop by🫎

Fantastic year-round cottage with lake views

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

‘Het Groene Huisje’ in Stöllet

"The Green House" is located in Stöllet in Värmland. Halfway up the hill is the cottage, from there you have a beautiful view over the valley and the Klarälven River. The cottage is a surprisingly bright, cozy and practically arranged cottage. The living room is cozy, the kitchen is complete, and there are three spacious bedrooms. Outside is a huge green garden with beautiful views and a path that directly enters an endless forest. Ski resorts Branas and Hofvjallet are 30 min. away by car. Welcome to Sweden!

In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to enjoy nature and outdoor life and stay in our cozy little house. The house stood empty for about 50 years but has recently been renovated with a gentle hand. Less than an hour to ski resorts. 10 minutes to grocery stores, pizzerias, shopping, ski slopes, ski and bike trails, etc. Nice hiking and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. Approximately 3 km to the nearest lake, 500 m to Klarälven (swimming area). Minimum stay 2 nights, possibility to rent weekly or longer by agreement.

A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.

Älvnäs – A stone's throw from Klarälven

Welcome to our cottage, a stone's throw from Klarälven. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and gaze out over Klarälven, which flows just behind the cottage, or why not grill a sausage over the fireplace that is at the back of the cottage. Here you are close to swimming, fishing, hiking and skiing. In 20 minutes, you reach Branäs and in 50 minutes, Långberget.
