In the garden, there is a small patio with barbecue grill. Chicken farm with 6 hens attached. The location is central and Lerum station is 4 minutes' walk away with commuter trains to Gothenburg (19-minute trip). Welcome!

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Cozy cottage located right on the waterfront with a large south-facing terrace. During the summer months, there is a rowboat and a canoe at the private dock as well as a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is fast WiFi in the cottage that reaches all the way down to the dock. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and a loft where you can socialize in the evenings. The small kitchen is fully equipped with most things you may need during your vacation, such as a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and freezer.

Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal.
