It has a spacious kitchen/living room with a French fireplace and a bathroom on the lower floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, this floor has access to the patio and access to the outside of the house, where there is a gazebo with a large gallery overlooking the estuary, equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathroom and a comfort area. Just 3 min from town and 5 min to the beach. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is only the bottom floor of the house that is being rented. The top floor is an empty loft, used only for storage. Guests can be assured that they will not be sharing the space, or the garden, with anyone else.
