Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and excursion destinations.

Vill du bada i havet, vandra i skogen, fiska i sjön? Här bor du i ett lugnt område nära naturen 700 meter från centrum. Här finns mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Goda bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten båt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Naturnära miljö, några kilometer till närmsta badstrand och 30 minuters bilfärd till både Lysekil och Smögen så finns mycket att utforska på er vistelse!
