This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Koilada Holiday Home

ONE minute walking to the beach, a newly renovated stone house with 2 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, Japanese tatami Deck for sitting or turned to the 3rd bedroom plus its own courtyard and rooftop to have the view for sunrise, the stars. Nestled along the coast, Kilada is a charming and peaceful fishing village, it offers a tranquil escape, while still providing essential conveniences like a supermarket, a few cozy coffe shops and tranditional taverns to meet your daily needs.

It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
