Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. Within a 20-30 minute walk, there is Bua Hed Nature Reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is in the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/Wi-Fi and that the ceilings are low. The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

Rörvik Östergård

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
