This stunning first-floor apartment has recently been recently refurbished, with no expense spared. Whether visiting Belfast in a work capacity, visiting friends/family, looking for a romantic break, a family getaway or visiting one of the local universities, this apartment really will meet all your needs. Home from home spacious detatched property set 30 yards to rear of main house totally private. Next to 9 hole golf course, convenience store, off Licence and Pizza/chip shop. Excellent bus service on doorstop. 2 mins to M1 motorway 10 mins to city centre. Kitchen well equipped with pots pans, crockery, glasses and utensils etc. Salt, pepper, oil, tea/coffee sugar all supplied. Bathroom features electric shower, towels, shampoo/conditioner & shower gel. Bedroom has King size bed.

The bedroom has a King size bed and the office is equipped with superfast broadband and a docking station. The apartment is on a quiet side street with a Tesco supermarket, cash machine and a pharmacy only a minutes walk away. The city centre, Grand Central station and Queens University are all within a 10 minute walk.

We are Clodagh and David and we split our time between Belfast and England. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing and decorating the apartment as well as making sure the amenities you would expect at home will be there. Whilst in Belfast you will be able to relax knowing your car is securely parked free of charge in the building's car park and you are surrounded by quality restaurants, bars and cafes.

A cosy ,comfortable ,family friendly ,well equipped , stylish terraced house -fantastically located for exploring Belfast ..just behind a main road within easy walking distance of the city centre, and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and shops. Wifi and free view TV , spacious living and bedrooms to accommodate 4-5 guests.
