Su mayor característica, pese a encontrarse a escasos metros de la zona de tiendas y bares, es su tranquilidad y su situación en pleno casco histórico (Bien de Interés Cultural, con categoría de Conjunto Histórico desde el año 1983). Año Santo Lebaniego a 3 km de Santotoribio de Liebana.

Te ofrece un agradable jardín con tumbonas y mesas. Entorno muy tranquilo y agradable dentro de una finca familiar, rodeada de árboles y flores. Cuenta con aparcamiento gratuito.
