Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.
