A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed with layered bedding. Natural light enters through a large window, which is framed by sheer curtains. A wicker pendant lamp hangs from the ceiling, and a simple chair is positioned nearby, adding to the airy atmosphere.

Welcome to our brand new Airbnb accommodation “NEA home” in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Greece! This modern house accommodates families and couples alike and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stylish open-plan living and dining area. The Aegean Sea with a beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters from the house. The house was completed in July 2024 and you can be the first guests.
