It is a quaint place, yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. ***The basement of this house is rented as well so please be aware that you may hear noise from other people. Their space Is completely blocked off so you will not have any interaction with them. ***This house is located near a main road which may cause some noise. Full furnished Basement, large Arcade and Firepit

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). Gas Fire pit in fenced in back yard No pets and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
