Welcome to a renovated old bread oven in the village, converted into an apartment in the heart of Bouzillé, close to amenities. This picturesque village is perched on the slopes of the Mauges and offers a pretty panorama of the Loire. It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the sofa bed on the ground floor. It is also possible to park bicycles or motorcycles upon request.

It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

30 m2 studio adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 minutes). Close to the city center with all shops ; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cozy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, and a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
