A studio apartment in which the normal functions of the living room, bedroom, and kitchen – are combined into a single room. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 3 minutes from Chevron expansion & Dow. Newly updated duplex. Pet friendly (20lbs under with fee once input in booking ). There will be $300 fine if we find evident present of pet that not include in booking . $500 for smoking inside. Nice friendly quiet neighborhood.

The home sits on two lots with a 4 vehicle driveway and plenty of room outside for the kids to play or just have a relaxing BBQ.
