This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Gîte des Roses is situated in a tranquil village, with amenities close by, a bar, grocery shop/coffee shop, fuel pumps, electric charging station, taxi, post office & church. Bigger towns are 15 mins drive with lots of restaurants, street cafes, water sports, brocantes, wine tasting, & large supermarkets. Horse riding, cycling, chateau tours, can all be booked locally. La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

The mill's barn: a natural area to discover.

The cottage is located 1.3 km from the village of Saint Christophe. It is surrounded by a pond and creeks as it sits in an old water mill. The cottage is a barn renovated in 2019. Decorating is simple, functional. The contemporary rubs shoulders with the old, which brings a lot of charm. The spaces around the cottage are available: deckchairs, barbecue, countryside, pond, stream. 2 villages located 6 km away have a small grocery store, a butcher shop, a bakery.
