You can walk or cycle for hours here while the landscape around you is constantly changing. A beautiful area for hikers and cyclists. Especially in the summer months, there is a lot to do in Bakkeveen.

Gorredijk is a cozy village with about 7000 inhabitants. Here you can enjoy shopping, grab a cosy terrace or go cycling in the area.
