The house is just a minute walk away (100m) from one of the most beautiful beaches in Zadar, located in the residential and old-fashioned suburb of Diklo. In the charming neighborhood that abounds with Dalmatian architecture, stone houses, décorated in real Dalmatian charm. The facility is located 200 m away from Zadar most Well known restaurant Taverna which serves traditional meditereian Food. 100 m away you find a recreational center featuring football, basketball and tennis courts, as well as children's playgrounds. (all free)There is also a perfect connection to the city center because a 150m from the property you will find the bus station, for public transport which goes every 30 min. Accommodation in Maria offers you a blend of Dalmatian culture, peace and relaxation, ideal for families with children, couples as well as groups of young people, because at the same time the guests have all the required content and access to the activities. The house includes a modern AND new kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker and a toaster. Also includes a washing machine, a steam iron and two TVs, one is in the living room the other one in the master bedroom with a baby cot. The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor there are: kitchen, bathroom, living room, bathroom, while on the 1st floor there are two bedrooms. U ovaj smještaj sa kompletnom opremom za kuhanje ukljuceni su ručnici i posteljina. Crkva Gospe od Ruzarija nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini a crkva Sv. Donata nalazi se na 2,7 km. Najbliža zračna luka je Zračna luka Zadar, udaljena 12 km od Dikla.🌈

In this centrally located accommodation, everything for your family is at your fingertips. You walk out of your apartment straight up to the beach and under the building is a laundromat and a hip coffee bar where you can have a delicious extensive breakfast at any time you want and they also rent out many things like bikes / beach sunbeds/scooters/cars / paddle boards / boats / organized National park trips etc. to make your holiday complete. Across in front is a grocery store and an ATM.
