In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

Mjesto je na kojemu možete uživati u miru i svježem seoskom zraku a u blizini grada Rovinja, te smještena samo 3 km od gradske plaže Cuvi kao i do centra grada. Parkinga ima u izobilju te je sve pošumljeno sa hrastovim stablima. Okružena maslinicima i 10000m2 šume kao i 3000m2 privatnog dvorišta, vila je doista smještena usred zelenila.
