The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

Newly renovated cottage located a few meters from the sea on Helgeland. The cabin is completely secluded with beautiful views and sun from early in the morning until 10 pm in the evening. It is very child-friendly. Kayak, canoe, bath animals and 2 SUPs are also available for use. It is only 500 meters to Sjokoladebrygga which is known for its good chocolate and great location. Short distance to Dønnes Church, Dønnesfjellet and grocery store. Good fishing opportunities. Large and nice terrace facing the sea with barbecue and fire pan for cozy evenings.

Living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, covered patio, large plot, wood stove, TV and Wi-Fi. Immediate proximity to the lake and unspoiled hiking trail. And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

Muligheter for laksefiske og sjøørretfiske i Leirelva i sesong. Ca. 2 km. til Storvatnet. Her er det fint å padle, bade og fiske. Fine turmuligheter langs vei, i skog og mark eller fjelltopper; både Klampen (720 moh.), Husfjellet (465 moh.), og Vågafjellet (315 moh.)

The house is a 100 years old timber house with good ceiling height. Good space, both and outdoor. Visiting farm as the closest neighbor. Nice base for excursions on southern Helgeland. The house is completely renovated on the outside and can be used throughout the year.
