A large and spacious balcony is an additional advantage that allows you to admire the beautiful surroundings and views At any time of day:-) Nearby there is an outdoor city pool and indoor, tennis courts, playgrounds and a gym. The property is located in the picturesque village of Nowosielce Kozickie 23, located in a charming corner of the Bieszczady Mountains, which makes it an ideal place to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The area offers a wide range of attractions for lovers of nature, active recreation and culture. Areas ideal for walks, quiet rest, picnic on the grass. At the same time, it is an excellent base for hiking trails, lakes or skiing - a broadly understood search for impressions in the wild and less wild parts of the Bieszczady Mountains.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the attic. A large 30-acre plot is available to guests.

We offer a modern and comfortable apartment located in the very center of the capital of the Bieszczady Mountains - Ustrzyk Dolny. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a tenement house. From as many as 10 roof windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, the forest and the Ustrzyki market. It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining room open to the living room and a hallway with a spacious wardrobe.

Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
