Enjoy the stocked kitchen, grill on the deck or sit on the porch and soak in the charm of this country cottage.

As our name implies, this spacious loft-style apartment on the top floor above "Sigourney Mercantile" awaits after you CLIMB up TWO flights of stairs (no elevators, sorry, so pack accordingly)! Once you reach the "summit” of your climb up the stairs, take a step back in time with retro-style furnishings & modern comforts of home. Kids are welcome. However, please note this is a loft-style apartment so beware it is not completely child-proof due to its design

This is the smallest of 4 apartments in a beautifully restored, turn of the century home that was turned into apartments in the 1920s. Three huge sycamore trees surround the house. The fully fenced back yard is a nature retreat complete with pond and sometimes frogs. Large decks surround the back of the house with each tenant having their own share of deck and a BBQ. This spacious, newly remodeled loft features a private, secured entrance, a huge, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The bedroom features a large walk in closet and its own entrance to the laundry room and full bathroom. The living room, with floor to ceiling windows offers a great view of the historic downtown Montezuma square.
