Hello stranger, Have you ever stayed in a 16th-century residence overlooking the busiest street in the pedestrian zone of Bratislava’s city center? Imagine sharing a wall with one of the most famous city monuments. St. Michael’s Gate is your next-door neighbor. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. Experience the history of the Old Town in an extraordinary apartment with soul. Designed comfortably for your stay, just a few steps from a multitude of restaurants, bars, and the main tourist attractions. A bottle of local wine or prosecco included. Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. You'll stay in a renovated historical house next to a gallery on one side and the drama theater on the other side. Me and my wife are the owners of the apartment and lived here our self. Therefor Aibrnb, so we still can come - when you are nor there :)
