Convenient Caterham Bolt Hole near Gatwick/London

We have 2 delightful, and newly-renovated double rooms plus shower room at semi-basement level. ‘Below Stairs’ has its own entrance so you have full privacy away from the busy family life going on upstairs! The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. King size bed, with desk/dressing table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, wi-fi, TV (SKY) and sofa area. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.
