A hundred years old house, freshly renewed, stylish space. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, sauna on request. Close to Jūrmala and it's restaurants and spa's. Reachable not only by car but by bus from Riga bus station (1h10, bus #7951 in direction of Talsi). Lapmežciems is a great spot to explore Kurzeme!

PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens .
