If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

Apartment 2 @ Busy Bee

This unique 270-year-old building brought back to life by your hosts Caroline and Paul, has a style all of its own. Its modern interiors and historic surroundings blend, to give tranquility to its guests after a day of discovery in the surrounding countryside. Our local shops & pubs cater for all your requirements and our town playground can give the little ones hours of fun. For a work stopover, we have free parking, WIFI, a workstation on request, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower.

The Courtyard

A charming self contained apartment located in the town centre with it's own door access.Close to local amenities and transport links. The Courtyard can sleep two in one room with a double bed.However more rooms are available from time to time in the main house. On a case by case basis.Please message the property to enquire about extra rooms. Parking is on street but no parking charges apply. The kitchen has a hob, oven,microwave and cooking utensils and cook ware to use if required.

Bright warm rustic loft style apt is a wonderful getaway from it all retreat.. An ideal space to QUARANTINE in, and if needed, and i can also do the grocery shop for you. Self catering . Rural setting at the bottom of the Slieve Blooms in Rosenallis, this cottage provides an ideal escape to the country. This self catering property is 5 mins from nearest town. Beautiful views. Suitable for walking & cycling with Glenbarrow waterfall within walking distance. Portlaoise & Tullamore 20 mins drive. Private entrance with ample parking. Outdoor picnic area and garden. Dogs are welcome.

Cornaher

The apartment in Cornaher is on a commercial farm. It was originally an old outbuilding. The apartment is basic but very warm and cosy. We are still working on the grounds and the apartments are very close to the farm. It is located between Kilbeggan and Tyrrellspass on the old Dublin road. The previous occupants were working on a new solar farm and stayed for a few months.
