A cozy apartment in the most comfortable area of the city. Opposite the most beautiful park "Victory", in the park there is a lake, places for recreation and cozy cafes. The sea is a 10 min walk. Convenient transport interchange. Arcadia district is a 5-minute drive away, where nightclubs, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii water park are concentrated. Easy access to the historic city center or to the train station. Near the house there are grocery stores and a mini bazaar, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Comfortable, bright apartment for 2 people. Spacious kitchen - studio with private bathroom and beautiful patio. 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach, opposite the house public transport. There are shops, pharmacy, cafes nearby. Fitness club right across the street. The apartment has everything for a comfortable vacation : wifi, TV, clean linen, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, barbecue in the yard and swings.
