For this reason, I have greatly discounted the nightly rate for Sunday to Thursday nights (except holidays). You may experience construction noise during this time and there may be scaffolding outside one of the windows. Please discuss with me if you have questions. The work on this unit has already been completed. All amenities are still available.

Enjoy making meals in the new kitchen or relaxing in the living room by the gas fireplace. Out back is a covered deck, cozy deck furniture, and propane grill. If you're into games there is a shuffleboard table, Xbox, ping pong, darts, and a Ms Pacman 2-player 60-game pub table that plays for free.

Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.

Close to town, this above garage apartment is just a few blocks from the discovery trail and beach! The cabin next to the garage is occupied by owners, May-October, and at times October-April. We have plenty of extra parking for Rod run cars and fishing boats! All guests are welcome to use clam shovels and guns, as well as boots and bags; all in the garage. Your family will be close everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
