The region of Mittlerschwanden has been officially declared a quiet zone of Vitznau and is therefore a paradise for those seeking peace and relaxation and nature. Our vacation home has a breathtaking view on the lake of lucerne. This uniqueness in a quite zone is highly appreciated by guests and residents, which is why any disturbance of the peace in the surrounding area will not be tolerated. Time travel at Villa Lindenhof directly on the lake,

The ideal vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Beautiful studio in a villa from 18th century

This lovely studio has a double bed in the bedroom, a desk to work at, a TV with free netflix, a living room, and a spacious bathroom. Located close to the center of Thun. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station along the beautiful Aare River. Alternatively, the bus ride takes 5 minutes as the bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the house. Wonderful alpine views can be seen from the lake within a couple of walking minutes from the studio.

Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.

Fantastic villa in a central location

Beautiful villa with lots of charm and space and wonderful views of the village and the mountains. The residential area couldn't be better. Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
