Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Great 3 bedroom apartment located in Playa Paraiso in Adeje Paradise Residencial, the best community in the south of Tenerife! Private jacuzzi on the terrace of 100 sqm!! Best Ocean View, outdoor sunbeds and baldaquin sunbed. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 dbl bedrooms, all with AC, private parking and 24h security. A great pool area, one of them heated in the winter and a bar restaurant opened everyday, serving great cocktails and food at fair prices. Practily all you can dream of !

Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely for a few months. The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

Ask me for special price! Cozy flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a big swimming pool with free sun lounge. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice for two people traveling alone.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
